Our Christmas Menu has been designed to introduce our customers to the flavours of our kitchen, kicking off with a sharing platter. 

We believe that good dining is made by good company, so we want our customers to eat, share and be merry. 

Followed closely by our selection of mains, chosen to ensure everyone gets their favourite dish.

Bruschetta with broad beans, apple and feta

Crostini with olive, tomato, basil pesto and anchovy

Mains

Free range chicken breast stuffed with spinach and ricotta in a blanket of Parma ham served with homemade tamarillo chutney and basil pesto

Scotch Fillet served with garden salad and your choice of fries or roasted baby potatoes with red wine jus or cafe de paris

The St George Eggplant with pork mince and zucchini stuffed chickpea fritter with a drizzle of tahini yoghurt sauce

Salmon and cous cous salad with roasted capsicum and onion in a balsamic dressing topped with toasted peanuts

Dessert

Coconut Panna cotta with a mixed berry sauce topped with toasted coconut chips.

Pavlova with strawberry couli and vanilla whipped cream.
